Who: Boys and Girls entering grades 7-12 (current 6th through 11th graders) at White Pass interested in playing sports and who need to obtain the required annual physical.
What: Free Sports Physicals provided by Dr. Travis Podbilski and staff from Arbor Health-Randle Clinic. A big THANKS to the anonymous sponsor who is paying the cost of this event! Thank You!! (If you do not attend this event you will be required to arrange your own physical and pay the full physical fee charged by the clinic).
Why: All athletes are required to have a current physical on file in the high school office prior to participation in sports.
When: Monday, June 6th between 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM (By appointment made by contacting Tamara in the high school office)
Where: White Pass Auxiliary Gym- Arbor Health is bringing staff to our school to provide this awesome service.

Make sure to have a physical form ready to present to hospital staff when you arrive and check in for your appointment in the gym. Please fill out the health history portion and you are required to have a parent signature on the physical form.
All 6th grade students must be accompanied by a parent. Athletic packets are available at the high school office.
Additional Info: Please know that there is also an athletic profile sheet in the athletic packet which needs to be filled out, signed, and turned into the high school office. Please turn in this form separately to the high school office prior to your appointment. 6th grade students can turn it into their classroom teacher (Mrs. Shook) . We will keep it on file for the upcoming season, and it is a requirement before you practice.
