The successful candidate will lead our school with integrity and be a principled leader
who has a demonstrated, positive school superintendent track record.
The interim position will cover through the end of the 2026 school year and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

About White Pass School District
The White Pass School District is located in East Lewis County, Washington. It serves the communities of Packwood, Randle, and Glenoma which are located along US Highway 12. The district currently has a student population of around 340 students. The district and schools are named after the mountain pass over the crest of the Cascade Mountains, located at the east end of the district.
The area is known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. Skiing, hiking, hunting and fishing contribute to a strong tourism economy. The small, tight-knit community draws its identity from the school and its students and staff.
White Pass offers a comprehensive PreK-12 Education.
The district also offers an Alternative High School, the White Pass Learning Academy, offering alternative education to select students, credit retrieval and graduation support.
Currently the district is in an athletic cooperative which discontinues at the end of the 2025-2026 school year. At the onset of the 2026-2027 school year, we will continue to offer a full deck of WIAA approved athletics to our students.

The White Pass School District offers competitive compensation with like-sized districts, along with consideration for demonstrated experience.
