White Pass Surplus Sale
September 8th, 3-6 pm and September 9th 9-11am
The White Pass School District Surplus Sale will take place at the bus barn on September 8th from 3 – 6 p.m. and September 9th from 9 – 11:00 a.m. The bus barn is located by the back parking lot of the White Pass Jr/Sr High School.
Items available for sale include boxes of children's books, curriculum, and teacher textbooks, filing cabinets, Nautilus equipment, desks, chairs, old smartboards, etc. These items will be sold by bid or for purchase. Items available for purchase will have a pre-established price.

Items available by bid
We will accept bids until 11:00 am September 9, 2023. Below is a link to photos of items being sold by bid.
To place your bid go to the following link https://forms.gle/eB8B2Nd4eQas224Y8 select the item you're bidding on and indicate your bid. You can bid on up to 10 items per submission. You are not limited on how many times or items you would like to bid.
You may also submit a sealed bid during sale times on September 8th and 9th.
The winning bid will be notified by 3 p.m. September 11, 2023. If you win the bid you must pay and pick up the item(s) no later than 1:30 pm, September 15, 2023. If you fail to retrieve the item, the runner-up will be contacted and given a chance to claim the item.
Payment for surplus items will be by cash or check. Debit or credit cards may also be used. No surplus items will be removed from the sale area without pre-payment. The sizes, conditions, and quantity of the surplus items are approximate. The District reserves the right to withdraw any item(s) from the list if deemed necessary. Items will be sold as is and all sales are final. All items are available for pick-up only and the buyer is responsible and assumes all risk for retrieving the items from storage and removing them from the site. Purchasers are responsible for removing the purchased or bid items by 1:30 p.m. September 15, 2023.
