Free Sports Physicals will be offered at Randle Arbor Health Clinic on Tuesday August 10th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Call the clinic at 360-497-3333 to set up an appointment.
A Parent/Guardian signature is required on physical/medical history form for the exam. Parents are encouraged to bring their son/daughter to the clinic. Physical forms are available in advance at the Arbor Health Randle Clinic.
