Starting Monday, March 16, White Pass schools will close through Friday, April 24, 2020.

Governor Inslee has declared K-12 schools closed in Washington State. Public health officials have advised that a sustained closure can help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

We are currently in the process of developing district plans to support students with non-educational services as requested by the Governor and OSPI. All school district facilities will be closed during this time. Athletic competitions and practices, as well any school related activities have been cancelled. This includes youth sports teams.

Governor Inslee has asked school districts to prepare a plan for closure support services by Friday, March 20th .

Staff will be working on how we might provide learning opportunities, meal services and other supports for students and families to reduce the negative impacts of the closure. Further communication regarding these services will be forthcoming by Monday, March 23, 2020.

We will share any updates about the closure or other changes to our operations with the community.

Again, school will be closed beginning Monday, March 16, 2020. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we work through this challenging time.
